3. The speed of the tablet press is too fast and the tabletting time is too short, which makes the tabletting suddenly compress and recompress, and then suddenly expand and crack. Therefore, the pre-compression time increases.
4. Improper selection of binder, too little binder during granulation, insufficient viscosity after drying, too much fine powder, and too hard dry particles, which will cause surface disintegration and pitting difficulties, and binder should be added appropriately; if there is too much fine powder, Some can be screened out; if the particles are too hard, please reprocess, regranulate, and add disintegrant.
5. The particles do not meet the requirements, the texture is loose, and too much fine powder causes cracks. The improved method should adjust the concentration and dosage of the binder, and improve the granulation method to overcome it.
6. The particles are too dry, and the drug containing crystal water is lost too much, resulting in fragmentation. This solution is the same as the movie.
7. Some crystalline drugs are not completely crushed. This drug can be fully crushed and then made into particles.
8. The room temperature and humidity of the tablet press are low, which may cause fragments, especially drugs with poor viscosity. Adjust the temperature and humidity system accordingly.
