The automatic cartoning machine automatically loads medicine bottles, medicine plates, ointment and other instructions into folding cartons and completes the action of covering the boxes. Automatic cartoning machine feeding is generally divided into three inlets: manual inlet, medicine bottle inlet and machine box inlet. The whole process from the feeding of the machine package box to the final packaging forming can be roughly divided into four stages: placing the box, opening, filling, and closing the lid.
The box-down action usually involves a suction cup sucking a paper box from the paper box inlet and descending to the main line of the box-loading. The paper box is fixed by a guide rail position and opened by a push plate. At the same time, two forward-moving card positions are raised from below to clamp the side of the paper box from the front and rear directions, so that the box is opened at a right angle and moved forward to the loading area. After filling in the filling area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then close the lid.
Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, and then a push plate will push the lid to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the box and the lock is fastened. The closing action is a key action, and the quality of the completion has a great relationship with the structure of the carton and the accuracy of the machine adjustment.
