2. The design of engraving and punching characters is unreasonable. Replace the punch or change the character design accordingly.
3. Excessive water content of the particles or uneven drying and wetting of the particles cause sticking. Solution: control the particle moisture in 2% ~ 3%, strengthen the dry grain inspection.
4, the amount of lubricant is insufficient or improper selection, too much fine powder. Should be appropriate to increase the amount of lubricant or replace the new lubricant, remove excessive fines.

6. The adhesive concentration is low or the adhesive force is poor due to the quality of the adhesive, and the fine powder is too much (more than 10%) and the adhesive is punched. Solution: use 40 mesh screen to screen out fine powder, re-granulate, dry, whole grain, the whole batch of mixed evenly, and then pressed.
