The tablet press is mainly composed of forced feeding system, stamping combination, film discharge system, dust collection system and programmable controller (ProgrammableLogicController,PLC) control box. Its composition and function are as follows:
Forced feeding system: it is composed of feeding motor, feeding worm gear reducer, universal joint, coupling, forced feeder, material barrel, coupling pipe, feeding platform and leveling outrigger mechanism to fill the material into the die hole.
Stamping assembly: it is composed of punching plate assembly, upper and lower punching, middle die, upper and lower pre-pressing wheels, upper and lower main pressing wheels, filling device, upper guide rail disc and pull-down cam guide rail to complete the whole tableting process.
Tablet discharge system: including tablet discharge system and drug discharge mechanism, to complete the rejection of unqualified tablets and the production of qualified tablets.
Dust suction system: through the special dust suction device to remove the dust of the punch plate and the upper and lower punch.
