The workflow of a rotary tablet press is usually as follows:
1. Feeding: The pre-prepared powder raw materials are quantitatively put into the silo of the tablet press.
2. Pre-pressing: The raw material powder is pre-compacted and formed under the action of the pressure wheel.
3. Main pressure: After pre-pressing, the powder block enters the main pressure wheel and is formed into cake-shaped tablets under high pressure.
4. Tablet release: the formed tablet is ejected from the pressing wheel room through the ejector.
5. Tablet arrangement: The formed tablets are arranged on the conveyor belt according to a certain spacing.
6. Detection: through sensors and other equipment to detect the weight, hardness, thickness and other indicators of the tablet.
7. Packaging: Qualified tablets are packed into sealed PTP packaging or aluminum foil packaging by automatic packaging machine.
8. Statistics: Record and count the number of tablets formed to track the output.
9. Shaping: regular shaping of the pressure wheel to ensure the quality of the tablet.
10. Clean: Clean the equipment regularly to prevent powder accumulation from affecting the equipment.
Through automation and continuous operation, the rotary tablet press realizes efficient and stable tablet production.
