3. The upper pressure wheel is equipped with an unloading device, and its pressure can be adjusted. When the working pressure of the punch exceeds the preset pressure, the compression of the spring will unload the load, and the buzzer will emit a sound and optical signal to stop to prevent mechanical damage.

4. The variable frequency motor is used for speed regulation, and the worm gear is driven to rotate by the synchronous belt pulley. The rotary drive 29 of the rotary table rotates the mold clockwise. Each set of molds completes the feeding, filling, tabletting and tabletting processes through the upper and lower guide rails and pressing wheels.

5. The tablet press adopts a closed oil-lubricated worm gear transmission device to extend the service life of the worm gear.

7. The drive mechanism of the soft water salt tablet press is isolated from the compression chamber to ensure that the tablets meet GMP requirements. 1. Before using the soft water salt tablet press, all oil cups, oil holes and friction surfaces must be coated with lubricating oil. Only after no-load operation can the friction surfaces be put into use so that all friction surfaces are covered with oil film.

2. Before each shift and after each shift adjustment, a few tablets must be manually tested. If there is no problem, turn on the electric tablet.

During the equipment process, the quality of the mold must be checked frequently. If there is serious damage caused by edge defects, cracks or deformation, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the machine and affect the quality of the tablets.

4. After daily use, take out the remaining powder particles and wipe all parts of the machine. If it is not used for a long time, the mold must be removed and the friction surface of the tablet press must be removed. Clean the work surface, apply anti-rust oil, and cover the dust cover; the mold should be wiped clean and stored in oil.

5. Check the parts regularly twice a month.
