The surface of the new mold is rough or the lettering is too deep and angular. Punch can be wiped clean. Replace the unqualified die or wipe the surface of the lettering punch with a small amount of liquid paraffin to lubricate the end face. In addition, if mechanical heat causes viscous impact, check the cause and repair the equipment.
2. The lettering design is unreasonable, replace the punch or change the character design.
3. The moisture content of the particles is too high or the dry and wet are uneven, resulting in bonding. Countermeasures: control the particle moisture content in 2% ~ 3%, strengthen the dry particle inspection.
4. Insufficient or improper selection of lubricants for single-punch tablet presses, or too much fine powder. Should be appropriate to increase the amount of lubricant or replace the new lubricant. Remove excess fines.
5. The fineness of raw and auxiliary materials varies greatly, resulting in uneven mixing or improper mixing time. Solution: crushing, screening of raw and auxiliary materials, so that its fineness in line with the quality requirements of the variety, master and control the mixing time.
6. Due to low glue concentration or poor glue amount, poor adhesion, too much fine powder (more than 10%). Solution: Sift out the fine powder with a 40-mesh sieve, re-granulate, dry, complete the granulation, mix the whole batch evenly, and then press.
7. The viscous shock is caused by the raw material itself (e. g. wetting). Solution: add a certain amount of absorbent (such as 3% calcium hydrogen phosphate) to avoid adhesion.
8. The environmental humidity is too high, reduce the environmental humidity.
9. High temperature in the operating room of single-punch tablet press is easy to cause viscoelasticity. Attention should be paid to reducing the operating room temperature.
