1. Is this material made into particles?

2. Is the material sticky?
Some materials have low water content and are not sticky. Here, we need to add some adhesive to the material. As for what to use for adhesive, this needs to be prepared by customers themselves.
3. Is the material fluid?
The material is too sticky to work, for fear of continuous impact. If the particles are too large, they cannot be discharged from the cup. If the discharge amount is not uniform, it will be difficult to form a tablet. So just now the author also mentioned that the particle size of the material should be controlled at 40-60 mesh.
Is the pressure adjusted correctly?
The pressure of the single-punch tablet press is too small, and the tabletting effect is not good. If the pressure is too high, it will be stuck and can only be tested at 1.1 point when the pressure is adjusted. Do not adjust the pressure to the maximum, as this will damage the machine.
Before we insert the voltage sheet, we can adjust it with a manual pressure sheet. After the manual tablet press is adjusted, the electric tablet press will naturally have no problem.
