1. The lubrication of the friction surface of the moving parts is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life. Especially if the main moving parts are quickly damaged during dry transportation and cannot be used due to lack of oil, the tablet press must add lubricating oil to all oil cups, oil holes and friction surfaces before use, and run idle to cover all friction surfaces with oil film. Can be put into use. In the future, every shift should be refueled on time, but not too much oil should be added each time, so as not to overflow and affect the cleaning and pollute the tablets.
2. Before each shift, check whether the screws are loose, and pay attention to the inspection at any time during the work process. If it is loose, it should be tightened immediately to avoid malfunction. Its main components are: upper punch fastening nut, middle die fixing screw and lower punch fixing screw; connecting rod lock nut, connecting rod pin fixing screw; lifting fork lock nut (2 butterfly screws); intermediate template fixing Screw (2).
3. Try a few pieces by hand before and after each shift change, and turn on the electric flat plate after there is no problem.
In the process of tabletting, the quality of the mold must be checked frequently. If there are missing edges, cracks, deformation, serious damage, etc., it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the machine and affect the quality of the tablets.
5. After using up every day, take out the remaining powder and wipe all parts of the machine clean. If the stop time is long, the mold must be removed and the friction surface of the machine must be fixed. Wipe the working surface, apply anti-rust oil, and cover it with dust-proof clothes; the mold should be wiped clean, and then immersed in oil for storage.
6. Check the parts regularly, twice a month.
