1、press diePreparation before installation: remove the hopper and feeder, open the right door, and turn the handwheel to clean the working surface of the turntable, the die hole and the die to be installed. Rotate the pressure regulating take-up wheel to minimize the pressure and remove the underrush loading and unloading rail.
2. Installation of the middle die: Unscrew the fastening screw of the middle die on the turntable about 1mm out of the outer circle of the turntable. Pay attention not to collide with the powder suction nozzle and other parts. It is advisable not to collide with the head of the screw when the middle die is installed. The middle die device is relatively tight and should be placed smoothly. Pierce the rod into the upper punching hole and then gently drive it in. After the middle die into the hole, its plane is qualified.
3. Installation of upper punch: first remove the inlay tongue, then insert the upper punch rod into the hole, rotate the punch rod with thumb and index finger, and check the flexibility of the head to slide up and down into the middle die. If there is no jam, it is qualified. Then turn the hand wheel until the neck of the punch rod contacts the parallel rail. After the upper punch rod is completely installed, install the inlay tongue.
4. Installation of undershoot: install according to the method of overshoot, and install the undershoot loading and unloading rail after installation.
5、press dieTrial operation: after the complete set of molds is installed, turn the handwheel to rotate the turntable for 2 weeks, and observe the operation of the upper and lower punches entering the middle mold hole and on the track. No blocking and collision are found to be qualified. It should be noted that the highest point (I .e. the film outlet) should be 0.1~0.3mm higher than the working surface of the turntable, close all doors, start the motor, idle for 2 minutes, and use it after stable operation.
