2. According to the different materials manufactured, there are alloy steel dies, hard alloy dies, ceramic dies, chrome plating and titanium plating dies. The common alloy steel materials of domestic die are: GCr15,Crl2MoV,CrWuMn,9Mn2V,9CrSi. Imported die common materials are: A2, O1, S1, S7, PH G.S, PHG-P.
3. According to different standards, there are ZP standard (GB12253.90) die, IPT international standard die, EU standard die, various non-standard special tablet press die and battery ring die.
Single-punch die: due to different standards and machine styles, the die of the tablet press is divided into single-punch die and rotary tablet press die. the die of the single-punch tablet press and rotary tablet press can be divided into circular die and special-shaped die according to different specifications, diameter and tablet shape.
Circular die: shallow arc round punch, deep arc round punch, oblique flat round punch, pure flat round punch special-shaped die: geometric shapes other than circle, such as oval, key-shaped (capsule-shaped), triangle, etc., can be customized according to the requirements of the buyer.
