How to install and debug the soft water salt tablet press
1. Installation of the whole machine: The whole machine can be hoisted into the top through steel wire rope, or transported by forklift truck. The whole machine should be leveled before the machine equipment is in place.
2. Installation of the power cord: The cable specification is compatible with the motor power, voltage and current. The cable is connected to the flexible cable through the main switch and conduit or socket plug. The cable enters the electrical box through the outlet coil behind the base. The steering of the motor should conform to the mark, Then confirm the correct steering through the forward button.
3. First, cut off the power supply of the soft water salt tablet press, remove the hopper, feeder and middle die plate, and wipe the die hole, upper and lower punching holes and stamping die of the middle die plate.
4. Adjustment of filling depth: Loosen the positioning screws on both sides of the filling adjusting nut, lower the nut to increase the filling depth, and tighten the fastening screw after adjustment, and the filling depth shall not exceed 45mm.
5. Adjustment of tablet thickness: The eccentric sleeve 35 on the eccentric sleeve 05 connected with the upper punch is equipped with a scale, and its value indicates the depth of the upper punch into the middle die. Before adjustment, loosen the fastening bolt on the eccentric shell 05, and drive the eccentric sleeve 35 through bevel gear to adjust the thickness of the thin plate. After adjustment, tighten the bolt and nut to prevent loosening.
6. Film output adjustment: rotate the pulley (forward rotation) to raise the undershoot voltage to a high position, loosen the film output adjustment movable nut to pass screws on both sides, and rotate the film output adjustment control nut to make the upper end face of the undershoot flush with the end face of the middle die. After adjustment, tighten the screws on both sides.
7. Feeder adjustment: When rotating the pulley to make the end face of the lower punch head rise to the mouth height (flush with the middle die), adjust the flexible joint to make the front face of the feeder close to the solid nut on the outer diameter edge of the lower punch, and then rotate the pulley to make the feeder move back and forth several times as required.
8. The adjustment of the lower punch position directly affects the stability of the filling amount. Rotate the pulley to make the lower stroke lower mouth low, that is, the filling adjustment nut is close to the body, adjust the upper and lower nuts, make the lower stroke lever semicircular head close to the top of the filling adjustment nut, and tighten the upper and lower nuts.
